By accessing or using CryptoU ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use CryptoU.
CryptoU is an online education platform focused on cryptocurrency, blockchain, DeFi, and AI. We provide courses, quizzes, community features, and a token-based rewards system. The platform is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use CryptoU.
All courses, content, and materials on CryptoU are owned by CryptoU or its instructors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may access course content for personal, non-commercial learning purposes only. You may not redistribute, reproduce, or sell course content without explicit permission.
You retain ownership of content you create (reviews, discussion posts, notes). By posting content on CryptoU, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
Some courses on CryptoU require payment. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Course purchases are generally non-refundable, but we may offer refunds on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase if you have not completed more than 30% of the course content. Contact support@cryptou.io for refund requests.
CRYPTOU tokens are earned through platform activities and are utility tokens for use within the CryptoU ecosystem. Tokens have no guaranteed monetary value and should not be treated as investments. We reserve the right to modify the token reward schedule. Token functionality is subject to blockchain network conditions and smart contract behavior.
When connecting your wallet or interacting with blockchain features, you are solely responsible for your wallet security and private keys. CryptoU is not responsible for any loss of cryptocurrency or tokens due to user error, wallet compromise, or blockchain network issues. All blockchain transactions are final and irreversible.
You may not: use the platform for illegal activities; harass other users; share or distribute course content without permission; attempt to exploit or attack the platform; create fake accounts or manipulate the rewards system; impersonate CryptoU staff or other users; use automated tools to access the platform.
CryptoU is an educational platform. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Cryptocurrency and DeFi involve significant risk. Always do your own research before making financial decisions. CryptoU is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from actions taken based on course content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
